I’m sharing the experience of my wife who absolutely loves the place. A little over a month ago she was just a beginner and Mo, the trainer, was absolutely patient with her and designed to set up exercises that were within her range of abilities. He is patient, enthusiastic, and never in a bad mood. And just a short period of time my wife has improved at just about every level. Time for me to get off my butt.

What an amazing person Mo is. Been happy to met this guy last year and took some personal training sessions from him. And even though I am a traveller and came back to Montreal for short visit again, couldn’t resist myself to meet him for couple of training sessions. Enjoy our conversation and more than that his giving it all to benefit from the session. Just awesome. I will recommend anyone want to benefit for few sessions to get a headstart or being consistent, Mo is brilliant.
