I have been training with Moses and Chelsie for over a year and they are the absolute best! Quick replies to my messages, great flexibility to accommodate my schedule, workouts are always fantastic! I have taken both indoor and outdoor group classes with them: these are great for people just starting out, not too difficult but enough to make you sweat, you can follow at your own pace and there are other people around you to motivate you. I also greatly enjoyed private training sessions with Moses: he has over 10 years experience and is great at building a custom program depending on your fitness level and goals. Most importantly, I have always had fun with Studio MoFitness Mtl. 5 stars, highly recommend!

I started with SWEAT in the Park in August and in October switched to daily online workouts with Moses. Mo is an excellent trainer who brings a wealth of experience to his profession. He is extremely passionate about fitness which very clear in his delivery and execution of the classes. He wants his clients to have the best fitness programs with outstanding results. I was apprehensive about doing online classes but after just one workout I was hooked. The classes are challenging, energetic and fun and can be modified for all fitness levels. There are different classes each day so it never becomes dull. Oh and in addition to all of this Moses is super nice, friendly and motivating. Give the online workout a try and I’m certain you will be hooked too.

Terms and Conditions of Monthly Packages
Life can throw lemons at you and we understand so in the event of an extended trip or illness/injury or even loss of income; we will happily pause your training for up to 1 month. In case of serious illness , we can pause your package longer on a case by case basis.
