SUMMER STRONG FLEX PLANS!!!
Our Summer Strong Plans are set up at a lovely discount with the option to pause your plan while you are on vacation! If you’re keen to workout while on the road we’ll even send you off with a workout plan designed for travel!



INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
We understand the hesitancy to try a new studio, new trainers, and a new schedule; if you’re looking to test the waters, we have 2 introductory offers for new members.


MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
The following Memberships are recurring monthly memberships. 1 Unlimited Month reoccurs monthly until you cancel it. 3, 6 and 12 months memberships reoccur for 3, 6 or 12 months respectively and will not renew unless you choose to renew. 1 Class per week reoccurs each month until you cancel it.




CLASS PACKS AND SINGLE CLASS OPTIONS
We offer Class Packs and Single Class Drop-In options for those who need more flexibility. Keep in mind that class packs come with an expiry date. 5 Packs expire after 2 months, 10 Sessions expire after 3 months. 1 Session expires after 1 month.



SMALL GROUP TRAINING 4 WEEK PROGRAM
Our Small Group Training Program is a hybrid of Personal and Group Training. You choose your set days and times for a month and we set you a personalized program to help you progressively reach your goals. You train in a maximum group of 4 people. Before you purchase a Small Group Package, please get in touch with us to ensure that your time/day is available. These buttons are only for payment not for booking.

Personal TrainiNG
Personal Training is 1 on 1 training. You can choose to train in Studio 1 with Coach Mo or in Studio 2 with Coach Chelsie. Who you train will largely depend on your goals as well as availability. If you want to train with your partner, friend, coworker, etc, get in touch for our private group rates. (Book via phone, text, or email)
