Let’s Get your Kiddos Moving! We offer non-competitive, positive movement sessions for young people in Strength/Cross Training, Kickboxing, and Yoga!

Isn’t Gym Class Enough? Not Even Close!
Your child gets 2 gym classes per week, this is not even close to being enough physical activity. If you are a busy parent (most of us are) then chances are you aren’t closely monitoring how much movement your child engages in.
Children age 6 and up should be getting 60 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous physical activity. While active play in the school yard does cover alot of ground, organized intensive exercise helps to improve bone density and heart health, memory and coordination, and reduces the risk of depression and anxiety. For neurodivergent children (ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc) exercise can be crucial for improved quality of life.
GIRLS WEIGHTLIFTING
We want to help young women (13-17 yrs) get started with strength training. As a sport, it can be very intimidating, especially for women, we aim to break the barrier and show teens how weightlifting can improve their overall wellbeing. The benefits are numerous but providing women with the opportunity to become formidable and confident in all areas of their life is the most rewarding.

9-12 KICKBOXING
We currently have 2 spaces available for 9-12 yr old in our Saturday 9-10am Kickboxing Group. The next session begins Sept 2nd-23rd (4 week sessions).

SEMI-PRIVATE & PRIVATE YOUTH TRAINING
Semi-Private Training is typically organized by parents for siblings or a group of friends however we can try to match children up with each other where possible. This service is for children 6 years and older and we accept 2-8 children per group depending on the type of training.
We Offer the following types of training:
- Kickboxing
- Yoga
- Strength Training
- Bootcamp
*For children age 2.5-5 years old we recommend Yoga.

My 10 year old has been kickboxing with Mofitness for the last 2 years. During that time I’ve seen a huge improvement in her strength and confidence! She loves doing it weekly, even when it’s tough she never regrets going. I watch the classes weekly and the smile on her face is huge! Mo keeps our kids moving on the weekend so even when the weather is bad, they still get to get some exercise in. He is really fun and the kids love him but he also makes them work hard. My child always sleeps well after!
