Youth Programs

We offer Youth Kickboxing, Yoga, and Fitness. Our current classes are below. We also accept private groups of children for fitness, kickboxing, and yoga. Kickboxing starts at 6yo, Fitness starts at 12 yo, and Yoga is from 3yo +.

TOTS YOGA (Sept 10th-Oct 1st)

Saturday 9-9:45 am

Yoga helps young children strengthen their growing bodies and increase their coordination, reducing the chance of injury. Yoga can also help children with impulsive behaviours and anxiety and helps them build a connection between their body and mind. Its also a great way to get you little one moving on a Saturday when the weather is cold and rainy!

4 Week Sessions for children 3-5 yrs old. One parent is welcome to stay and participate on the same mat as their child. You should plan to stay for the first class in order to help acclimate your child to the environment. Your child must have their own mat and water bottle.

Maximum 10 children per class, Minimum 4 children per class. You must use the link above to register and pay for the program. There are no refunds after September 10th. if we do not have enough participants (4) the session will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

YOUTH KICKBOXING (Sept 4th- Sept 25th)

Sunday 9:45-10:45am

Youth Kickboxing is an amazing program that teaches your child the skills of kickboxing but also instills confidence, focus and discipline. Kickboxing benefits your child physically by increases their agility, coordination, and endurance.

We have 2 spaces in our small group of 4 Sunday morning 4 week kickboxing program. Children must have their own gloves and mat and change into indoor shoes at the studio.

You must sign up for all 4 weeks. No Refunds after Sept 4th.
