Studio MoFitness Mtl consists of two customized studios for personal training and small group fitness classes. We offer a variety of programs to suit your needs, your budget, and your schedule.
Why small group training makes sense ?
While the energy of working out in a large group may be motivating, small group training is a much more effective method to reach your goals and no less motivating as it promotes an atmosphere of camaraderie, you receive individual attention – the trainers know your name, abilities, and challenges, and the classes build on each other to improve your skills so you sweat with purpose!
What is our Small Group Training Program? In a Nutshell; it is a hybrid of Personal and Group Training. You work towards your personal goals and have an individualized program but you share the trainer with a small group of up to 4 people.

Personal Training
A personal trainer helps you identify your fitness goals, and develops a realistic plan tailored to your needs so you can reach your target goals. Your personal trainer will educate, perfect your form, minimize time wasted, and maximize results.
Whether you are training for an upcoming event, just starting out, need the motivation to get back on track, or simply prefer the privacy and accountability that comes with one-on-one training, Personal Training is a worthwhile investment.
Coach Mo has 16 years experience training and has helped people of all ages to get stronger, faster, and regain mobility after injury or from ageing.
Coach Chelsie has 2 years experience as a fitness coach and specializes in low impact exercises like Pilates and Yoga to enhance and diversify your training.

I started with SWEAT in the Park in August and in October switched to daily online workouts with Moses. Mo is an excellent trainer who brings a wealth of experience to his profession. He is extremely passionate about fitness which very clear in his delivery and execution of the classes. He wants his clients to have the best fitness programs with outstanding results. I was apprehensive about doing online classes but after just one workout I was hooked. The classes are challenging, energetic and fun and can be modified for all fitness levels. There are different classes each day so it never becomes dull. Oh and in addition to all of this Moses is super nice, friendly and motivating. Give the online workout a try and I’m certain you will be hooked too.
I have been training with Moses and Chelsie for over a year and they are the absolute best! Quick replies to my messages, great flexibility to accommodate my schedule, workouts are always fantastic! I have taken both indoor and outdoor group classes with them: these are great for people just starting out, not too difficult but enough to make you sweat, you can follow at your own pace and there are other people around you to motivate you. I also greatly enjoyed private training sessions with Moses: he has over 10 years experience and is great at building a custom program depending on your fitness level and goals. Most importantly, I have always had fun with Studio MoFitness Mtl. 5 stars, highly recommend!

I have been exercising with Mo since 2015 back in Abu Dhabi, UAE, but now got lucky to move to Montreal and find his studio here. Loyalty of people speaks better than any other descriptions.
